I'm Back!!

Alrghty, so I've been off this week b/c I was delivering flowers for V-day.

Had a ton of fun, but just really busy!!!

I am horribly sick of my job at the hotel. The last week, I've had really, really horrid people. People that are just mean and argumentative. It was awesome!

I had a chick upset at me b/c I wouldn't change her price to match her friends' price (they made them at different times). I asked for her documents, and even her doc's showed the price. She kept arguing with me, saying I'm cheating her. I then accidental gave her the wrong cpns (my printer broke) and she said that she doesn't believe me, and wrote down my name. I told her feel free to talk to my supervisor, as she had already talked to her and back me up.

I had another jerk, who's name wasn't on the reservation (pre-paid, so we're not supposed to) arguing with me and being horrible. More arguing with me about this dumb resort fee we've started up. It's just not cool.

Why do I get to take the brunt? I'm just tired and sick of all of them. Most are really nice, but that one can really ruin your day!

Ugh!
